The heat losses within the housing are dissipated to the environment by way of forced convection. Prerequisite: Ti > Tu [°C]

In this case, it is always necessary to provide air inlet and outlet openings in the housing. Fans should preferably blow into the housing at the bottom, and should force the inside air out through the outlet opening at the point most distant from the inlet.
(Advantage: If dust filters are fitted at both inlet and outlet, this leads to a slight pressurisation of the housing, preventing the ingress of dust at any weak points in the seals)

Selection of fans in accordance with the required flow rate.
The maximum ambient temperature should lie at least 10°C below the desired inside temperature!
