Rittal PMC 200
Rittal PMC 200 ensures a high level of availability for critical applications by combining modularity (flexible, unlimited scalability and redundancy) with decentralised parallel architecture or DPA (redundant protection without "single point of failure"). The UPS modules are transformerless, genuine online, double-conversion UPSs with static bypass and classification code VFI-SS-111.

This modular concept keeps the purchasing and operating costs of redundant solutions low. As your performance requirements grow, the UPS grows with you, thanks to its flexible scalability – even in the most confined spaces, and with the system operational (safe swap)

Cold aisle containment
Rittal cold aisle containment is a combination of door and roof components which facilitate consistent separation of the hot and cold air in the data centre. Such separation is elementary when it comes to saving energy and increasing the efficiency of the available climate control technology. It is the cold air that determines whether your equipment is at its best in the enclosures. With this in mind, Rittal has deliberately chosen to focus on this aspect, and to route cold air selectively to the equipment.

CRAC system
Modern IT climate control technology ensures optimum thermal conditions in rooms exposed to high loads. such as data centres and server rooms. The main aim here is to ensure constant temperatures and precise humidity levels. Continuous-operation designs and redundant systems ensure that all key functions are maintained. Rittal CRAC systems dissipate waste heat from the IT equipment on demand, ensuring that the overall system operates in the most energy-saving way possible.

Benefit:
The fan is positioned inside the raised floor. This facilitates a larger heat exchanger area, as well as a larger filter area. This configuration is designed to minimise internal installation and deflection losses. In turn, the reduced power consumption produces considerable energy savings.

Up to 45 % more economical than its predecessors of the same cooling output: The new Cool Efficiency cooling units from Rittal are trend-setters in the 1000 W class. The latest cooling compressor and fan technology contribute to the reduction of energy consumption and operating costs.
Cool Efficiency is based on the TopTherm PLUS wall-mounted cooling unit of the SK 3304 series with nano-coated condenser and integral condensate evaporation as standard configuration features for a constant level of efficiency and minimum maintenance costs.

Maximum availability and performance in a modular design!
Rittal PMC 800 is the solution for data centres with a high power consumption. The modular architecture allows optimum, tailored configuration of the UPS. The decentralised parallel architecture (DPA) ensures that no single point of failure influences availability of the UPS. The UPS modules are divided into a control module and a power module. The transformerless double conversion architecture ensures a high level of efficiency. Every UPS module has a separate static bypass and a display, together with the control electronics and processor. The PMC 800 has a classification code VFI-SS-111.The modular design facilitates energy-efficient installation with minimum operating costs, which may be extended as and when required.
